Rock Solid is excellent. John was amazingly responsive and came out quickly on really short notice and did a great job. Highly recommended.
We just bought our house and the 2 A/C units were shot. They came out the same day we called and gave an estimate. They had our new units instaled a couple days later. They were friendly, professional, and gave a competitive price. They guarantee everything. Their crew that installed our units was quick, tidy, and so nice as well. We are so happy we did business with this company.
My AV company used John and Rock Solid to install a "smart thermostat" that was outsmarting them (the AV company). John came out and sorted things out to ensure no issues. He was on time and very professional, taking the time to explain to us what the issues were.
TLDR version: extremely responsive and highly professional. They focus on fixing problems not trying to upsell you.
Rock Solid came highly recommended from a friend a few weeks ago. Came home to air handler issues today and decided to give them a call. They were very helpful and got me squared away. I know who I'm going to start using for checkups and issues I can't handle myself!
